2016年4月20,UKVI更新了Tier 1毕业生企业家移民的认证担保机构名单（Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) authorised endorsing bodies），这个名单涵盖的都是英国的一些高校，从英国高校界的老大哥牛津剑桥，到最新刚刚闯入这个名单的林肯大学Sussex大学等。

因为担保名单有了更新，所以顺带给你们科普一下这个最初一两年完全零成本最后可以让你留在英国的移民渠道。

The Tier 1 ｜ Graduate Entrepreneur

T1毕业生企业家移民专门针对的就是担心在英国找不到工作或者没得到适当工作机会，但是正好又有着商业头脑，手上有体系完善的商业计划想要在英国予以实践的留学生群体。

要求学生必须具备国际水准的优秀创意和创业技能，有真实可行的business idea,然后需要得到拥有英国HEI（higher education institution）高等教育院校中拥有授权认证资格的学校的保荐。

零成本毕业生企业家移民

毕业生企业家移民签证先给一年，之后续签再给一年，两年后，申请人如果能拿出最少5万英镑用于投资（也就是说，最初的一两年，都是没有资金要求的，完全零成本），此时就可转爲企业家移民签证(Tier 1Entrepreneur)，另外，如果在拿到的毕业生企业家移民签证期间你能拿出5万英镑进行投资，你也可以转成企业家移民签证，满了5年就可以申请永居。

留学生被学校保荐的条件：

1.在被保荐之前需要拿到英国认证的本科硕士或者博士学位（也就是说，必须是degree类及以上的课程，不能是文凭类，职业类，预科类等）

2.学校给你发的endorsement（也就是保荐你的一个证明）需要在3个月以内

3.英国境内申请需存款945英镑，境外1890英镑，存满90天

4.雅思达到CEFR level B1（雅思总分4，小分不低于4），必须考的是SELT的认证考试

5. 如果是政府或者国际奖学金的被资助者，在已经获得满12个月的学费和生活费的基础上，还需要你的资助者准许你留在英国（天下没有白吃的午餐，一般人家资助了你都是需要你爲他做点什么了，毕业之后对你多少有点限制权）
